January Update

Today is February 1st.

It is Ben, From J and B's Birthday today so happy birthday Benny!

January was a tough month. As a startup, getting customers is the most important step in the beginning. PCAP failed to get any in January.

Wins

• Google verified listing

  • Getting Verified on Google is a major win for PCAP as now there is some way to be noticed other than the word of mouth approach.

• Reaching out to dealerships

  • although no responses, PCAP is happy to at least get their name out to dealerships in hope of someone replying.

• Changing the game plan

  • focusing on adding a layer to help mitigate risk is essential for this startup. Working alongside young dealerships to get them great inventory on consignment will be beneficial for all parties.

• Getting the Denali in perfect condition

  • With the help of several vendors and a lot of Money, PCAP is proud of this Flagship Truck.

Not Wins

• Accrued Expenses

  • Too much money going out is scary for us because it is not usual to lose so much without gaining anything

• January Goal not met

  • 50 cars by the end of the year listed and sold. this would equate to 5 cars this month listed and sold. 1 was listed 0 were sold.

• Problems

  • A lot of confusing problems and not any information on how to fix them. Using AI to help think out problems doesn't feel great lol.

Optimistic outlook

Luck is going to change. PCAP has been reading a lot of business books about companies being in the same position as us. PCAP is confident in their product and from now on will only go with their gut decisions. Focusing on Generating attention to boost sales is the next step and will hopefully take PCAP to a huge level. February is a great month for this.
